Refunds Policy

We want you to love your Kessdi products. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return most eligible items under the following policy.
1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return request. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
In its original, unused, and undamaged condition.
In the original packaging with all tags, accessories, and manuals included.
Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order number).
2. Non-returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Opened personal care or wearable items (e.g., certain outdoor gear used next to skin).
Software or digital downloads.
Products damaged due to customer misuse or neglect.
3. Return Process
1、Contact Us: Within 30 days of receipt, visit our Contact Us page or email support@kessdi.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
2、Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a return authorization and the correct return address based on the item’s fulfillment method.
3、Ship the Item: Securely pack the item with all original components. You are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. The customer is liable for any loss or damage during the return transit.
4、Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
4. Return Shipping Costs & Addresses
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.The return address depends on where the item was originally shipped from:
. Items from Local Fulfillment Warehouses: Must be returned to the designated local return address in the country of delivery.
. Items from Direct Fulfillment (China): Must be returned to the designated address in China.
5. Refunds
Upon successful inspection of the return, we will refund the full product price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that your bank or payment processor may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
6. Exchanges & Damaged/Defective Items
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. For a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos/videos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you, including prepaid return shipping labels if necessary.
