    At Kessdi, we stand behind the quality of our products. This Warranty Policy explains our commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction and product reliability.

    1. Warranty Coverage

    We offer the following warranty services:

  • Local Fulfillment Orders (items shipped from our partner warehouses in your country/region):
  • We provide free replacement for any defective products.
  • Direct Fulfillment Orders (items shipped directly from China):
  • In case of quality issues, we will also provide free replacement with a new product.
  • Repair & Maintenance:
  • During the warranty period, we offer free repair or replacement of defective parts. For consumable or easily worn parts, we provide free replacement or repair within the warranty scope.
  • After Warranty Period:
  • Even after the warranty expires, if the issue is not severe, we will still provide free maintenance (labor free). Customers are responsible for shipping costs in such cases.

     2. Warranty Period

  • Most products: 12 months from the date of delivery.
  • Certain power tools and high-value items: 24 months (specific product pages will indicate the exact warranty period).

    3. What is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Quality-related malfunctions under normal use
  • Defective parts (including some consumables during warranty period)

    4. What is NOT Covered

  • Damage caused by improper use, accident, or negligence
  • Normal wear and tear of consumable parts
  • Unauthorized modification or repair
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

    5. How to Claim Warranty

  2. Provide your order number, photos of the product and defect, and a brief description of the issue.
  3. Our team will evaluate the case and guide you through the replacement or repair process.

    All returned products must be properly packaged. Return shipping costs may apply depending on the situation.
